In the evening we book a table for dinner in Munich down town for those who wants to join – this is not part of the workshop, but a good opportunity to network further in cosy surroundings.
The annual Young Investigator Pre-conference Workshop provides a platform to network.
The YI preconference workshop is a great opportunity to enhance and strengthen your research skills and career prospects - with lots of time for networking to exchange ideas with other early career researchers.
The meeting comprises short talks from all attendees, training in scientific writing, and useful advises on career planning from senior researchers.

The workshop is free to attend if you are a young investigator (PhD student or within 7 years of obtaining your PhD) and ETRS member, providing you register for the ETRS conference.
Number of participants:
Places are limited to 25 early career researchers - if more than 25 register for the workshop a panel will decide who will attend.
Travel:
Participants should please book their own travel and accommodation.
